Absolutely fantastic stay. The service was genuinely 10/10, but what really made this hotel special was the staff. Every single person I dealt with was incredibly friendly, welcoming and accommodating. You really got the sense that they were happy to see you and genuinely wanted to make sure you had a great stay. I arrived extremely late after a delayed flight, well beyond the normal check-in time, and they could not have been more helpful. They stayed up to make sure I could check in safely and had somewhere to stay that night, which I hugely appreciated. It’s that kind of service and kindness that makes a hotel memorable. A brilliant experience from start to finish, and the team deserve real recognition for how well they look after their guests. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Everyone has been wonderful except for the young lady behind the desk this morning with all the tattoos, Adesa? Unfortunately she isn’t very friendly. When she talks to you she doesn’t look at you and acts like you’re bothering her. I was in the lobby when a gentleman pulled up in a taxi and proceeded to come into the lobby she basically ignored him until I said, welcome young man and then she started asking him if she could help him and that was after a few minutes of him standing there. Very unfortunate she should not be in the position that she’s in. She’s not good with people. We ended up extending our stay for night and had to switch rooms which really isn’t a problem, but we ended up having A Room not as nice and costing us approximately $300 more. That was disappointing. We weren’t able to shower in this room because getting in and out of the shower was to difficult for us. Other than that I love this hotel and the people that are working in it with the exception. A toy with purchasing, but no one has gotten back to us with the information that I’ve requested. Hopefully you’ll see us again..

The location and the staff at the hotel are exceptional!! The facility itself is run down and could use a fresh coat of paint everywhere! And there are a few things that could be improved… the beach towel location and system and they should offer a coffee station in the morning so you can grab your coffee and go down to the beach for sunrise…. Instead of paying $7 for a coffee to go. The beach front is lovely and the water is beautiful!

Of all the hotels we selected the Rosedon for its charm, history and walking distance to the ferry and things to do in the area. It looks exactly as the photos. Our room was adorable…comfy beds, stocked fridge and bar. After a day of sight seeing it was wonderful to return to the Rosedon for cocktails and a dip in the pool. We enjoyed delicious bagels and iced coffee every morning (although a formal breakfast is an option on the front porch of the main house). Highly recommend Clarabell’s for THE BEST brick oven pizza. Pro tip: make reservations early especially for a weekend - this place is packed! Gluten free option is available.

Our family of 3 stayed here for 10 days during a very hot Bermuda summer. The place was nice for the most part and conveniently located near bus stops, a hiking trail as well as a gorgeous water view. A few unexpected things were the rocks on the waterfront are VERY sharp and my daughter cut her foot open twice, so water shoes are a must. We weren't aware that the drinking water provided was limited (was not communicated to us), though the owner did provide 1 extra bottle at no cost (as the policy was not disclosed), it was not a lot of water to provide for 10 days/3 people and a inconvenient to carry water from the grocery stores on a bus in extreme heat. Beds were comfortable, large kitchen, bathroom looks relatively modern. Netflix was having issues so we didn't use it. Wifi was strong. The teapot is actually a small one cup keurig and the toaster is a function on the air fryer. The hosts are nice and polite. Southampton is a lovely parish, close to beaches, but there is some traffic noise during rush hours from the house.

I was surprised by a few item. 1- Facilities- bathroom had no fan and was hot. 2 Roaches in bedroom. 3 Amenties- No ice machine. Only a few ice trays in freezer. 4 Amenities- For a 4 day 3 night stay for two people, we received only a 1 oz bottle of bathwash. Coming back to the hotel at night at 1045 pm, we asked the person in the front office for more soap- He said "I don't do that ". 5. Next it states there is a shuttle to the beach, but it is not every day. For instance, there wa a shuttle on Thurs and Friday, but not one on Saturday. Therefore the rating I gave.
