The suite was clean and big. Relaxing weekend.

Check in would have been much easier if the receptionist had just helped us at the counter, but instead she sent us to the kiosk to check in. Yes we are international but she told us to use our drivers license, obviously it didn’t work I tried our passport which still didn’t scan, went and got the lady and she helped us out then she went away, for the next few minutes we worked our way through the system, then all the way at the end it tells us it will send us an email to get our room….like I already told the lady we can not access my emails , back over to the lady to inform her that we now can’t get our room number , and she said oh I can help you with that……then she asked about car parking which we said oh we pressed skip. Oh she said you will be charged full amount….in the end if the lady just helped us out, check in would have taken 5 minutes and I wouldn’t be writing a review that says customer service was really bad.

The property was clean and well organized. We loved the outdoor pool area, plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas. We likes that they had several food restaurant options. The suite room was nice and affordable with a comfortable bed. And lots of pillows, yay! Would definitely stay there again.
