Vacations Close To Church of Intercession and Nativity of the Most Holy Mother of God

I came in the first customer service agent was not that helpful. The second took me to the desk was very helpful. Help me check in and get my keys in a rapid manner.

Clean room although starting to show its age. Nice to have wifi. With only 2 employees to check in it took a while. Eventually, i went to self check in machines and went faster.

Horrible checkin / checkout... Would never stay there again...Double charged me entire stay and still fighting to get someone to refund 2nd one that is so clearly a duplicate for same stay....

The whole check-in process was so easy and what explained. The woman that helped us with above and beyond. The hotel is central to so much on the strip, our room was clean and the bedding, mattress, pillows, etc. were so comfortable! Also great products in the bathroom for the shower and a really pretty shower. We loved our stay.

Everything was perfect. Great spot. Great everything.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great stay at the Bentley Hotel Miami! The location is excellent, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the pool was great for our family. We were traveling with four teenagers and everyone really enjoyed the stay. Special thanks to Federico for being so helpful, friendly, and professional. He made our experience even better. We would definitely stay here again!
