“Nice, clean hotel in Trenton, Missouri, not a lot of other options. A little overpriced for that area but overall hotel was clean, and beds were comfortable and pillows were comfortable.”

“When the ac froze up and I called the desk he said he would be right there. Within 5 minutes his wife and him were right there to look at it. Told me that they would be right back with a replacement. 10 minutes later they had it replaced with a brand new ac unit that worked great. They had great communication with each step in fixing the issue. Very polite.”
