“The room was clean and the staff at the reception were very helpful . I can’t remember their names but we checked in on the 29th of August ,2026 at 3:30pm . The breakfast was lovely too and there was free parking .”

“Lovely little gem. The staff extremely pleasant and professional. Ella was courteous and helpful during breakfast, when I was declaring my allergies! Impressed with the cleanliness of the room. The only problem was another guest with his music on in the car at 7am (Sunday), for about 20 minutes before he decided to turn it off and go to his room. Luckily we were awake anyway. “Room was dirty, scuffed paintwork, stained carpet, skirting boards thick with grime and dust, cobwebs and dead bugs (in the cobwebs) on the ceiling. Not to mention the previous guests dirty towels and sheets were left in a heap in the middle of the floor. At £200 per night excluding breakfast I expect much much better. Very disappointing.”
