Spacious room. The bathroom was also spacious with a good walk in shower. The meal we had in the restaurant was very nice and breakfast (you need to order the night before) was also very good.

We have just had a pleasant 2 night stay at Stubley Castle,room was just what we needed very clean with the necessary amenities to make our short stay comfortable,lovely bar area and the restaurant was very good,the breakfast was basically whatever you wanted,we had 2 evenings meals in the restaurant,first one was off the English menu and was ok possibly to much of what we had was done in a deep fat fryer,White Bait and Cod and Chips ,the staff are Indians and really nothing was to much trouble,on our second night we ate off the Indian food Menu and it was really excellent traditional Indian food obviously cooked by Indians people,all in all a pleasant short stay because we had business in the area,would we go back ,Definitely.

Staff was really nice, rooms were serviceable, bathroom needs a bit of care but clean. Easy to find not far from Oxford if you have a car. Beautiful courtyard behind hotel.

Easy to find and comfortable place to stay. Check-in was efficient, and we planned to change before having dinner - but we ended up staying in the bar and eating there. The meal was very good and the staff were very attentive and friendly. Some of the same staff served breakfast the next day and it too was very good. The place was obviously well liked by the locals as it was pretty full most of the time we were there. (It turns out this is owned by the same people as The Falcon at Hatton so no surprise that the food was good)
