“We booked three kitchenette rooms for our family trip. We arrived around 6:00 p.m., although check-in was at 3:00 p.m., and none of our rooms were ready. After waiting about an hour, we were given rooms(61,62& 67) without kitchenettes instead of what we had booked. The rooms were old and dusty.
