Remodeling, much needed. Some rooms smell like smoke.

Apartment was beautiful. Very clean, pool was nice as well. It is gated for an extra sense of security.

For a 2 star hotel the University Inn shines. The room is very large and in excellent condition. The bed was very comfortable, internet worked well for me. Because we reserved through a 3rd party they were not flexible in putting us in an accessible room but the shower had grab bars, even though it was not considered accessible, which saved the day for us. They have complimentary coffee in the lobby for guests 24/7. Snack/breakfast items can be purchased but no breakfast is included in the price. An excellent breakfast place nearby is the Big Bad Breakfast! NOTE: The only problem we experienced was the parking. It is very tight and if you need to use a cart to bring in your luggage from the car it is not really possible unless there are few cars. The way the cars park you cannot pull the cart to your car unless you are in the first row under covered parking, or if you park in the uncovered area which is very small. There are only two handicapped spaces and they are on a slight slope, not the best situation for mobility issues.

Not a bad stay, but the facility and room looked like it was unfinished. The lobby had bare walls where paintings or pictures should have been, awkward furniture layouts, etc... The breakfast area layout was strange, plates were far from the silverware, food was spread out, not really a complaint, just added to the strange vibe. The room had a "we're going to charge you if you steel our towels, blankets, pillows, etc..." sign which made it feel low class.

The hotel was dirty, there was black stains and dirt all in the bathtub, there were someone's left over fake eyelashes in my coffee tray, the pool was filthy not cleaned green all on the bottom and way overloaded with chlorine, and there were drug addicts/homeless people lined all around the perimeter of the hotel my children were scared for their life. I would have rather slept on the floor.

We went to a concert at Carter Finley Stadium. Great location for convenience with Uber pickup. Staff was helpful with questions and concerns. Nice free breakfast. Clean room with GREAT A/C unit and the sheets smelled amazing. Bed was super comfy. Would definitely stay again if I was in the area.
