“The gruff owner needs to realise that she is in the hospitality business, not doing you a favour by allowing you to stay at her hotel. I stayed there for 8 nights and had the following inconveniences: Breakfast was not provided the first day, even though I had paid for it (“I’m not starting to do breakfasts again until tomorrow”); my room was not cleaned on Sunday (“the chambermaid doesn’t work on Sundays”); the first time I used the shower all kinds of black bits of dirt and fungus came out of...

“My 5th time staying at Trading Boundaries. Always clean and the room has everything you could need. Grounds are lovely, especially nice to sit outside in the sun! Delicious continental breakfast and coffee in the morning. I’ll be back again soon!”

“It was a nice little hotel, room was spotless and the staff were very friendly. However, if the current hot weather is going to be a recurring feature in future years, then the hotel may want to consider installing air conditioning going forward. Obviously the heat wasn’t the fault of the hotel, and it didn’t detract the enjoyment of my stay. It’s merely a suggestion for the future.”

“Edwina was a welcoming host! Nothing was too much trouble! Made sure we always had what we need! Accommodating our American car! Fabulous fresh cooked breakfast! Room was lovely which was cleaned daily. The best shower pressure! Tea coffee, water and juice in the room. Great location, walking distance to Esher town centre and the Racetrack! Highly recommend Edwinas home!”

“The owner and staff member were very helpful the actual decor of the property is well beyond it's best before date the whole property is very tired. Our room shower drain was blocked upon arrival which meant we couldn't shower for 24 hours not good in 30 degree heat.”

“We had a wonderful stay. Hosts were amazing and so welcoming. Everywhere was lovely and fresh and clean. Plenty of space to park. Such a peaceful location. Would definitely recommend and would love to go back sonetime. Thank you”
