“The hotel room is very worn and in need of repair and a refresh, the bathroom needed a good clean with discoloured grout and mould on the tiles, arms on sofa worn and dirty and the windows in the room have paint peeling off. The staff are friendly but are all clearly new and have little experience to ask the questions that guests have ie not being able to get a dinner reservation when you book with a dinner credit. “We only stayed one night and it was an okay enough experience, the staff were friendly and room clean, with ample parking. The amenities in the room were also good for our needs and really nice having some outdoor space. The on site pub was really nice and cosy with some board games which was nice to spend a relaxing evening playing.
