“At 2:30am someone knocked on our door and then used a key to gain entry. Luckily we had the metal blocker that stopped the door and the person retreated quickly. It scared us and we tried calling the front desk and nobody answered. The next morning there was nobody at the front desk when checking out and we waited 30 mins but then had to go to dr appointment. It was terrifying that someone had a key to our room and could have came in.”

“I came here to visit the universities, and the hotel forgot to clean my room. I mentioned around noon that they should clean it before my second tour, which was at 5:00 PM, but they still didn’t do it. I was very frustrated; the customer service was poor, and the reception staff were unhelpful when it came to assisting customers. The supervisor was unable to resolve anything, and the manager was completely absent. I do not recommend this hotel.”
