Many times, we've enjoyed staying at the Hyatt in Southern Village. However, sadly, our children are moving to SC, so we will no longer have the need to stay here. It is a wonderful hotel within walking distance to Southern Village and all its amenities. Great Staff. Always friendly and very helpful.

Ananda and ?Scottie (evening desk person) were amazing, and so very helpful in so many ways. As were all the staff, including housecleaning, who upon request, did a fantastic job. I missed availability of being able to stream--Netflix, MSNOW, etc. I had to come there because installers cut my internet line, and I really missed the streaming channels that are important to me at home.
