“It’s a self check-in hotel that eliminates the front desk staff. Hence, there’s no human touch at all. Though the hotel is pretty new and good but I still prefers the human touch that you can talk to when you needed help or an enquiry and not talking to a machine. The other negative point was to check-in at 1600 hrs which is rather not the norm. ”

“Good hotel if you plan to stay close to Taoyuan Airport. It is at walking distance from Dayuan metro station, just two stops from the airport. From Dayuan station I could walk through the parking to the airport avoiding the road route. There is a small pedestrian bridge that allows you to reach quickly the hotel. Just follow the indications from Dayuan station. There are also parking spaces at the hotel.”
