Our stay at **Riu Palace Macao** was truly unforgettable, and it was made even more special because we were celebrating my husband’s birthday\! 🎂❤️ From the moment we arrived, the entire resort made us feel so welcomed, cared for, and truly like family\.A very special thank\-you to the **buffet restaurant team**, especially **Roosevelt and Jean Carlos**\. Your kindness, incredible service, and attention to detail made every meal such a wonderful experience\. You both have a very special place in our hearts\. ❤️ A huge thank\-you to our amazing **swim\-up/pool bar team—Bermudez, Pablo, Jeshier, and Elvin**\. You always made us feel welcome, kept the drinks coming, and made our days by the pool even more enjoyable\. 🍹☀️And a very special shout\-out to the incredible team at **Pacha Discotheque**, especially **Sebastian**, the bartender with glasses who brought me a little personal portable fan, and the other bartender who surprised me with a beautiful rose\. 🌹❤️ Those thoughtful gestures meant so much to me and made our nights even more special\. I wish I could remember everyone’s names, but please know that your kindness will not be forgotten\To **every single employee at Riu Palace Macao**, thank you from the bottom of our hearts for making my husband’s birthday so special and for giving us a vacation filled with beautiful memories\. Beautiful resort with so many amenities! It’s almost impossible to do everything! Everything was so clean and maintained. All of the staff were so helpful and kind. The spa is a must visit along with Agave!

Keep coming back to this place for the absolute best experience. The beach is amazing, the staff is very welcoming and the experience as a whole is always fantastic.

Everything was great! We visited from September 15th toto the 19th. When coming to the staff: Housekeeping was great, every time I call for towels, they brought them right away. I had an issue with my vault, and the locksmith came right up and fixed it. The entertainment around the pool with Maria (aka Nicki Minaj) was warm, energetic and electrifying. Yarel at the front desk was so hospitable and welcoming. Very pleasant young man. John who handled out luggage was very kind. Annette and myself Tracey came down to celebrate my Birthday. When we arrived, we went to the Grill for lunch while we waited for our room. Unbeknown to me Annette had told Leo the waiter we were celebrating my Birthday. From that point on Leo took charge of our dining experience. Leo at night in the different restaurants and Luis in the mornings for breakfast in the Kitchen restaurant. All the waiters and waitresses were great. However, we gravitated to Leo and Luis. Luis was like a breath of fresh air in the morning accommodating our every need. Luis was amazing. When coming to Leo. This man was AWESOME!!!! When I tell you this man went above and beyond believe me. He has a passion for pleasing customer service that I haven't seen in decades, and I have been in Foodservice for 52 years. Leo is that special person that come's around once in a lifetime that warms a stranger's heart while on vacation and makes the whole vacation experience worthwhile. He has a contagious smile and energy.
