Vacations Close To Akumal Ecological Center

Horrible horrible horrible do not waste your money there add $100-$200 more and stay in a better one. We were a group of 10 with 2 birthdays the only thing they provided were Individuals desserts and even after I offered to pay no decorations. Beds were terrible and so uncomfortable. Staff was very uncooperative and had no clue what they were doing. I have a special needs kids with dietary restrictions and couple people with special food needs that even refused to make a cheese pizza (heat a cheese pizza) horrible terrible awful food with no regards to cleanliness and freshness. Food is band and very repetitive even though we only stayed 3 days. NO ICECREAM. No fun drinks for kids. Juices were leftover blended fruit with water. Bread was always stale. No butter except in breakfast

Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very nice with great views, and cleaning staff very good. Pools maintained and beach very accessible. All inclusive means ALL inclusive here. Food was very good and accessible. Close to other attractions if you want to explore. Safe and secure, and you don't have to worry about leaving your things unattended at the pool. Great for adults and kids alike. I honestly can't think of a single thing that I disliked. 10/10 score! Absolutely recommend to anyone wanting to relax!

We will definitely be back! The best time ever, best food and the pool parties were amazing!

I absolutely love Garza Blanca! It's our second time staying at the property and we thoroughly enjoyed it once again. From our Butler, Francisco and Jose by the pool to the staff at check-in and the restaurants onsite-- everyone was simply phenomenal. Garza will always be my first choice in Cancun. Thank you to everyone for making our celebration a special and joyous one.
