Vacations Close To Plaza Rosada Shopping Center

The location is very good if you want to see the colonial zone. But we have issues that couldn't be solve even though was easy to fix, first the tv control didn't work, I went to reception 4 times and only got promises and nothing else, the same was for the key of the safe box, so all this time documents and money were unsecure during our stay.

Si bien es cierto la propiedad es pequeña, tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unas buenas vacaciones. Lo bueno son lo chicos de la animación, en especial, Samir, Nicol, Michael y Ariel. Pero falta lo más importante que es la música dominicana EN VIVO, falta un bar adicional para la zona del lobby, Asimismo, es necesario más diversidad y calidad en los alimentos del restaurant principal del lobby y snack en la zona de la piscina y de la playa. Mejorar la calidad y variedad de los cocktails y tragos de los bares, Falta mejorar variedad y calidad de comidas y tragos.

The room was clean, and the property was well maintained\. However, the gym was too small for the size of the hotel\. I stayed in room 2201, and there was a strong unpleasant odor outside the room at all times\. I’m not sure whether it was coming from the sewer, but it was noticeable throughout my stay

Las instalaciones necesitan mantenimiento, cambiar el mobiliario de las habitaciones que están muy viejos, fuera de eso la comida aunque es muy poco variada es buena, buen servicio del personal y buena animación

Beautiful hotel! Very friendly staff. Rooms were nice and cool throughout the day.
