Vacations Close To Playa Bonita

There was no hot water and I had to shower with cold water. There mold in the shower and there was no washcloths.

Bien 👍

The area was beautiful, staff very friendly people, cleaning the rooms every day, not sure about restaurants i attended only the French I loved the food and serving, the other restaurants were booked in advance. The food in buffet needs improvement, Generally I would go back again I liked the resort.

Someone stole my phone from my room there , unbelievable and I had a sign for the room not to be clean by room service

Facilities are beautiful and clean but it stops there. I travel to Puerto Plata 2/3 a year for the past 5 years and this resort has been my least favorite. Several of the employees were rude and most activities were closed. The most alarming was resort security harassing us for money when we were alone on the beach. A man wanted to sing for us and demanded money. When I told him no he became hostile - it was really scary. Who do you call when it’s your own resort security trying to rob you? We were able to get away and stood away from the beach at night. Security at the front was sketchy too & would not help unless you gave money. Everyone was begging for money, it was extreme. I’ll never come back here or recommend to anyone. I did not feel safe & that’s a first at a resort.

Very nice place to relax
