“Too many cockroaches lying all over the house especially at night its crawling on the bed. Kitcheen utilities unable to be used as it not hygiene (cockroach smell). No blanket. No pail and pipe in the toilet.”

“I booked this place for a night. Me and my family drove all the way from KL to Penang but when we reached there, we could not find the house. We looked for the house for about 2 hours. We stopped at every 'no 59' house at Jalan Sungai Emas 1, 2, 3 & 4. We called +60179566833 many times even few days prior to the visit but no response. At the end, we decided to stay at Shangrila Rasa Sayang.”
