“We had a terrible experience. There was no hot water, the Wifi was so weak it barely worked. There was no television and last but not least NO hot water. Power outage happened about 5 times.. we went to the desk and literally everyone was gone from the hotel.. The lights to see down the triple staircase were out completely.. Also if a person wanted something to eat you were not getting that either.. ot a least a cocktail!! My husband and I agreed the property was beautiful but we are getting...

“This is the most amazing place I've stayed at. The ENTIRE staff was terrific from begging to end. My wife had the best massage she's ever had. The food was great and the atmosphere was peaceful and quiet. If I could give more stars I would. Be ready to unplug from the world and enjoy your surroundings. So much to do and see. I will be recommending this property to everyone one I know. My wife and I were making plans to come back before we even left.”

“When we arrived we were met by Leo who was our contact for the entire stay. He was our bartender, waiter, and tour guide. Leo made our vacation memorable, he went above and beyond. The resort was beautiful and all the employees where friendly and did everything to make sure we were comfortable and happy. When we go back to San Ignacio we will be staying at this resort again. The food was amazing.”
