“Check in was super quick and the staff are polite and friendly. Room was ok. Fridge came in handy, and we spotted an iron with a small ironing board. Also tea/coffee making facilities. I suspect the room could get warm, but there was a fan there, which we didn't need. The double glazed window in room 3, opens a bit, but the old sash windows behind it don't open. “I was not really happy with the room I was given. I booked a normal room, but received a room for an impaired person. I was put in room 1. The shower was a wet floor shower, which was not too bad, but the bed was terrible. The mattress had collapsed and I ended up sleeping ( actually I didn't sleep) in a dip, ended up with body aches.”

“Wifi didn't work at my room at all, nice hotel with very good restaurant but nowadays good WIFI quality is a must, in a business trip very needed. Personally I found the mattress too soft.”
