This was a great hotel for our families needs. Room was a good size and it had a mini fridge and a Co-op across the road! The pool was great. Hotel was very clean and staff very helpful and friendly. There is a car park very close to the hotel (train station park and ride' car park), their is a charge - note busy during working hours. 10/15 min bus journey to the centre of Cambridge which was easy to navigate.

Spacious and comfortable room but the twin beds were narrower than standard singles which was a shame in such a large room. I didn’t like the glass swing door on the bathroom - a lack of privacy, especially as no lock and if the light isn’t on outside the bathroom, the door became see-through. There was mould on the shower head but apart from that the room was very clean

This hotel is next to the Cambridge North train station. Really convenient to not have to walk far with luggage. Train was easy into Cambridge, and bus stops were also conveniently close to hotel. Pool is small (no more than 20 people) I didn't look at the gym facilities. The breakfast was adequate, my opinion is that the breakfast wasn't good value for money, but there are no obvious choices for other places to eat close to hotel. My room had a great shower, and excellent air conditioning which were my main priorities on a super-heated bank holiday weekend.

Room spotless, excellent sound proofing with regards to the train station, great size, lovely big shower, breakfast excellent and very helpful friendly staff. The location is perfect for Cambridge, being right next door to the train station and only five mins and you are in the town centre!

Luggage drop off helpful. Air con worked well. Staff friendly. Convenient location for Cambridge North. Good sound proofing / black out. Comfortable bed Less good: With the executive suite I expected more for the cost. No spare pillows so had to go back to reception to ask and they could only find one spare rather than two. Bed sheet loose/ didn't fit bed ( super king rather than king) Stains on sofa. Bathroom door didn't close fully and shower fan didn't appear to be working so steam going into bedroom. Mirrored toilet door... Who wants to watch themselves on the toilet?! Gym/ pool was in a strange location on the other side of the hotel accessed by going to first floor then back down to ground after walking the length of hotel room corridor.

Great hotel and staff The only thing can be improved probably to have a better deal for parking at next door car park. Paid 16.5 for overnight car park. You pay from arrival until 4am, then pay for another day. So kinda of 2 days parking fee when essentially you stay just over night. (If I understood correctly) But I understand this is out of control of hotel as it doesn’t own the car park. Overall a great stay.
