“A warm welcome when we arrived although maybe a few more pieces of general information about the hotel would have been useful. The room was a nice large room with all the expected amenities. A nice touch with a chocolate by the bed but as it was booked as a double, not sure why there was only one? The bed was exceedingly comfortable. “I stayed overnight at The Regency Hotel for the 80s night. The event was great. When I first went in I was given a room that hadn’t been cleaned. The reception was prompt to provide a new room which was close by. This was a lovely room but I found out later that it was the incorrect room. I had paid for a standard double room but was given the single occupancy room which was a cheaper style. I am currently waiting for the manager to get in contact as queried this when I vacated the room. ...
