Hotel was fine. It wasn’t amazing nor was it poor. It was fine. We had a family room and it was plenty big enough. Rooms could do with air conditioning as they were so warm and also some security on the windows. With two small children and being on the ground floor the windows could be pulled open from outside and climbed through sonw had to keep them closed and roast all night. Pool was nice, breakfast was decent. Parking spaces are tiny so if you have anything bigger than a mini, prepare to have your doors dinged. Also if you are a blue badge holder don’t expect a space. I seen loads of golfers just parking in the disabled bays with no blue badges. And non EVs in the electric bays which stopped any EV from charging. I told one of the members of staff but they said there’s not much they can do. Shame it’s not controlled better.

This is the harshest review i have left, and there were pockets of great customer service from the reception team, bar staff were nice. We had an issue with scalding water, reported and emailed in and have had no response a week later. Serious matter. Nice pool, heat treatments etc.

Refreshing!

Me and my mum had a wonderful stay, took here here as she was exhausted.. and she came back feeling refreshed! Facilities were brilliant, and all the staff were helpful. Receptionist staff were very friendly also, was a nice atmosphere
