Lovely clean room. However breakfast was awful, none of the hot food was hot, it was cold an we couldn’t eat it. Stone cold plates too. Left the hotel very hungry.

This is my second time staying here this year and the experience was still top tier. I was able to also use the gym the second time around and it had great facilities. My room was comfortable and smelled great and the bathroom was also spacious with wonderful amenities. a wonderful experience all around and my favorite place to stay when I’m visiting Birmingham.

The hotel is in a great location and the rooms are comfortable. My son’s duvet cover was stained which wasn’t very pleasant. Breakfast was pretty poor. It was chaotic and only one coffee machine working meant that the queue was huge. The omelette was under cooked and in the end we left and went somewhere else which was annoying as we’d paid extra for it. It was difficult to get up and down from our room as it was so busy and a couple of the lifts were out of order.
