“Our first stay here and hope to return some time. Very reasonably priced. Great room and comfortable bed. Staff very helpful and friendly with nothing too much trouble. No pets and we didn’t use the pool or spa as we’re in our 70s and were keener to go out and take advantage of the gorgeous weather and beautiful countryside and beaches!”

“The hosts were lovely. Clean, safe, comfortable, good common area includes fridge, glasses, plates & cutlery. Delicious breakfasts with a view of the colourful boat harbour. The pub in Mousehole (5 min walk) was good. Parking is a short distance away but make sure you have cell / text service to use the parking app in case the only machine in the lot isn't working as the next lot is 2 miles away! Would stay here again!!!”

“I really enjoyed my one night here and was sorry to go to Carbis Bay Hotel for the following two nights. This ws great valuye for money. Staff professional but friendly and helpful. Room had no view but I was only in it to sleep. ”

“Great location and kitchen access was a plus for breakfast options. For the solo budget traveler without a car, there is no luggage storage, so be prepared to time your check in for the exact time with a key code access. if the company gave access to the lounge area only, this would be a plus.”

“Das Zimmer ist sehr hübsch und ruhig und die Gastgeber Kate und Terry sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Das Frühstück wird von Kate mit großer Liebe zubereitet und ist sehr schmackhaft. Die Kommunikation vor Anreise war ebenfalls sehr gut, ebenso die Beschreibung für die Anreise! Es gibt ein gutes italienisches Restaurant, das in 4 Minuten zu Fuß durch den Wald erreichbar ist. “Pet friendly, clean room, excellent shower, comfortable large bed. Walk across the path to a friendly, cosy pub. Property is a little tired in decor especially the net curtain & curtain rail Lighting not great in the bathroom but all great for a night’s stay”

“Me gusto mucho hospedarme allí, lindas vistas, servían comida allí muy buena, lo cual nos resultó muy practico, buena limpieza y atención, desayuno completo, habitación amplia, ducha con buena presión de agua.Nosotros llegamos en tren, está a unos diez minutos de la estación andando y lo mismo del centro comercial. La contra podría ser que se accede por escalera a las habitaciones, pero a mí personalmente no me molesto, volvería a hospedarme allí sin duda”

“The room was spacious with very good facilities, such as dish washer, washing machine, cooking utensils. Staff were friendly and welcoming. However, room service was not provided during my 3-night stay that made the atmosphere a bit chaotic, especially the toilet hygiene. In addition, plants inside living room or dining room were dying without proper attention.”
