Very friendly and helpful staff. I was staying alone and all the staff made me feel welcome. All areas of the Portreath Arms clean and tidy. Room was excellent. Slept well.

Comfortable costal welcome

The staff were excellent, the room very clean and welcoming ! Excellent greeting for our dog too with dog bowl and treats ! Breakfast looked simple but then they brought out the full breakfast and it was exceptional. Would definitely visit again and recommend!

The hotel room was very comfortable great bathroom with plenty of hot water. The breakfast was very good quality ingredients. All the staff were polite and friendly very nice stay and we would definitely recommend.

Warmth welcome. Comfortable beds, warm shower, clean room, towels provided, refreshments in room such as tea, coffee, hot chocolate, biscuits etc. Breakfast included, cerals, fresh fruit, yoghurts, fruit juice, tea/coffee and choices of cooked breakfast.

The staff at Portreath Arms were welcoming and friendly. The bed was comfortable and the room was warm. My only complaint is that the bacon was overcooked, but otherwise the breakfast was lovely.

Excellent all round.

This is a fantastic oasis for travellers to rest, recuperate and be looked after. The welcome i received was warm, friendly and kind. Was given all the info i needed for my stay. The room was clean and comfortable. Nice touch to have fresh milk available for guests and any bits and bobs they need / have forgotten. I ate dinner and breakfast. There is a good variety of dishes to choose from and the food is wonderfully tasty. I thoruoghly enjoyed my stay. Thank you to all the staff who work hard to make this place so good.
