Great location. Rooms dated-old but clean (except hair on bath tub drain. Room only heated by old fashion steam radiator.

Beautiful property. Everything looks really new and is really clean. We had a Corner room on the third floor. It was away from everything and quiet. Love the location. Lots of food options near by.

We loved the Hideaway! It was perfect for our 5 girl road stop. We wished we had booked in for more than 1 night.

Good location. Ocean Views marred by power lines. Nice gardens but lots of service people working in them so not peaceful. Rooms need a redo—very basic decor but comfortable.

Very Clean, good location, attractive property. Could use a vent fan in bathroom, hooks or rods to hang towels/clothes in bathroom, new hairdryer and coffeemaker that would serve 2 cups without overflowing.

It was very homey and lovely. The staff were friendly, view amazing. Quiet and peaceful place. It isn’t a high end hotel, so don’t expect modernity and high-tech gadgetry. The free WiFi was excellent! Great connection speeds.

It was located within walking distance to downtown Carmel and Mission Ranch. We walked both. Gretchen and Doug were very gracious and our cottage was amazing. We plan to return.. Ed and Dolores Sherry

Convenient location in Carmel, clean, friendly staff. Easy parking

Our only complaint was that the normally excellent breakfast was mediocre at best - the fruit, orange juice and bread were all underwhelming in taste. Odd given that the breakfasts are normally quite good. Even more so given that Aubergine is one of the finest restaurants in the Bay Area.

We had a family emergency and they let us stay during quarantine times so there was no pool of course or breakfast but the bed and linens were amazing! We would definitely stay here during better times!

Spacious, very quiet room. The breakfast that was delivered to our room in the morning was delicious! Very nice to be able to get snacks and tea or coffee in the lobby all day & evening.

The property is very nice and the staff is excellent . The room we had was comfortable however the bathroom should be updated. The tub and fixtures, wallpaper are all need to be redone.
