This place was the absolute best. Great staff, amazing room. Had everything needed. Could have stayed for days, so tranquil with ocean views. Cute little breakfast brought to your door in a picnic basket. Just amazing personal touches and experience. So much to say positive. Grounds were beautiful landscaping. Could go on and on

Please tell this owner of the hotel to replace all of their mattresses. They are so old and I couldn't sleep all night. Walls are thin with no insulation as we could hear the neighbors as well.

Staff wasn’t very welcoming, mainly just there to give you a key and charge you for your room, The room was quaint, but was overshadowed with the following concerns. Our blanket on the bed had visible stains on it. The coffee maker had old coffee grounds left inside and the pot was dirty and’s was missing the lid. The door to the room had a large gap under the door allowing the cold air to come in. A plus is that the heater worked well! You would think they would be more efficient and seal the bottom of the door to save on heating costs. Our room was on the 2nd floor overlooking what use to be the pool. It’s now empty with a hole in the bottom collecting dirty water and had dead plants throw into it. The pool area is now a place where broken and unused items go to die. NOT the view I wanted to see from my window! It was a place to sleep, but could use lots of improvement!!!!

everything was great, the staff were very friendly. the only thing i noticed were a couple of pieces of trash left in the bathroom but other than that the rest of the room was clean and tidy. it was a walkable distance to ocean avenue and there’s a deli a block away from the inn which was nice. the price was also reasonable, i’d definitely consider staying here again :)
