Very friendly staff, great room and buffet.

The room was clean and the air conditioning had the room nice & cool when we got there after a long day at Hershey Park. It's not far from Hershey Park, so it very convenient. Would stay here again the next time we visit Hershey Park.

Hotel was ok, what i didn't like was my room was an oven when i walked in it, but the staff were very helpful and corrected that quickly.

Handy location for me. Room was good. Reception staff was nice. But fan in bathroom cannot be switched off. Noisy, even with door shut… Affected my sleep.

When I arrived, the front desk clerk was sitting outside. He saw me walk in, but he hesitated to come inside for about 10 minutes. I was ringing the bell. He still didn’t come when he got there. He told me to call, but I should’ve called this number to do a reservation and to get the key. Which made no sense he was supposed to give me the key. Once I got into the room, a smell like garbage lots of smoke and smell, but had no choice. It was already late, but I would not recommend this place. It was dirty filthy stairs had not be vacuuming for weeks and weeks the morning breakfast was horrible. Even our clothes next day to melt like smoke and filthy even that it was said no smoking in the facility, but the smell was horrible
