“La habitación que nos dieron para dos personas y una cuna era muy pequeña y con una ventana con vistas a un espacio cerrado. Era muy difícil moverse en el espacio de la habitación con la cuna. Estaba muy bien la terraza del hotel ( el tiempo fue muy bueno ) y las instalaciones comunes.”

“My sister and I spent just a couple of nights here and truly fell in love with the house and staff. Every interaction was easy and kind, the house was incredibly well kept, and the grounds were gorgeous. It's located a bit out of the way which is perfect for minimizing crowds and noise! Our room was perfectly sized and the bed/bedding comfortable. All in all, a 10/10. Highly recommend to anyone in any stage of life.”

“The staff were lovely The public toilets were very smelly. The rooms needed tlc especially bathrooms Horrendously uncomfortable bed and pillows. Strong smell of cleaning fluid”

“A wonderful pet friendly hotel in the heart of Grasmere. It was decorated beautifully, and the room we had was spacious and clean. The breakfast was delicious, with a range of cooked options and a buffet style breakfast too (not to mention the dog got a sausage every morning!). Our only feedback would be that our room wasn’t cleaned during our stay, though it was only three nights. It would’ve been good to have the mugs and water jug refreshed, however I’m sure if we’d asked this would’ve...

“Got a last minute deal and was then upgraded. Very comfy bed, quiet room wifi worked well , refurbished shower hot and strong. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious . Minimal staff tried hard and very friendly. ”

“Stay was good and location was fab, but when we returned home received 4 separate parking tickets for parking in the hotel over our 2 night stay, when we were assured by a member of staff when he checked us in that he also updated the car parking system with our car details. We are now in the middle of trying to sort this out with the car parking company. This could be very off putting to book this accommodation again”
