“Good stay ”

“When checking in to our room, it appeared clean yet there was an odor of cat urine. The hallway leading to our room had in-room trash receptacles full of trash and food containers outside several rooms as if guests appeared to be tenants rather then nightly guests. The hallway also had an odor of trash. The trash was not emptied until the cleaning staff emptied them mid morning the next day. The check-in staff was friendly yet could have utilized her time more throughout the evening. The morning...

“As for the bed and pillows, well, you get what you pay for. Breakfast was decent, though there is only one restaurant within walking distance; however, downtown is less than a 5-minute drive away with more options. Access to the base was pretty easy, being about 9 to 10 miles (a 12- to 14-minute drive) from Fort McCoy. Overall, it is a good place to stay, and I would return if I had to.”
