The man managing the counter was pretty rude the day we were supposed to check in. The room was nice and clean, the pool areas need some tlc and some of their safety gear needs replaced. The lifeguards on duty while we were there were all younger. No one was smiling or friendly and a few were not even paying attention. One specifically had his back to everyone in the wave pool and was playing on his phone. The arcade was expensive which was to be expected but the prize machine was aso out of.several prizes. Other than that the amount of things they had to do was impressive and the kids had fun. It was nice that the hot tub was down away from the chaos.

Our stay was very good. This was my second time staying at Three Bears Resort, and overall we had a great experience. However, I feel that the water park could use some maintenance. The pools, water jets, and wave pool need some repairs, and parts of the park would benefit from a fresh coat of paint and some general updates. Other than that, we were very happy with our stay. The rooms were clean and well maintained, and the staff was outstanding—friendly, helpful, and professional throughout our visit. We would definitely consider coming back.

Check in is at 4:30. Waterpark closes at 6. Buffet was suppose to start at 5. No food out until after 6. No serving utensils until 6:15. Mini golf very run down. Half arcade games and prizes were out of service. Indoor water park was good. Ac didn’t work in our room, we had to change rooms. Room itself was ok. No complaints there. Water was warm and set up for kids of all ages. Lobby and hallways of hotel were very hot. Had potential to be a nice place but it needs a maintenance overhaul. The lady at the front desk was very nice. The foreign staff was unhelpful and seemed like they didn’t care about anything.

The villa was not well kept. Floor was very dirty, dishes were dirty, both toilet seat needed to be replaced. Multiple windows with blinds broken and curtains completely missing. All furniture should be replaced. Very used and beat up in general. Water park hours were too short and staff said because the owners didn't want to pay them for any more hours... the kids did like the waterpark

We came for the waterpark and it was great. not busy, plenty of seats, and Water was warm, almost too warm… but at least it wasn’t cold. Our room was on 2nd floor which was nice so we didn’t have to use the elevator; it also sucked because you could hear the people above us running down the hallway and shutting doors until midnight. Room and beds were clean. Bathtub in room was higher than a normal bathtub. You had to step up into tub, which was not a problem until you finished shower and forgot to take a giant step down. I nearly fell on floor. I warned my son before he showered and he also almost fell getting out of tub. Also no coffee maker in room, there are is complimentary coffee in lobby but it was not good.

Staff were very accommodating and polite. The weather was extremely cold, and the resort's heating systems were having trouble keeping up with the low temperatures, but the staff did their best to find ways to make the experience enjoyable for all guests.

The property has a lot of potential, it has a great facility, though seems like lack of staff and maintenance. Front desk staff did not seem very knowledgeable and speaking with 3 different people, we were getting different information each time. Room was not very clean-crumbs on the couch, dirty/sticky fridge, hair/stains/holes on towels, vents looked black. Pools were great but due to them being shortstaffed all pools couldn’t be used. Water in the pools had great temperature. Laser room was not working properly. We stayed over Memorial Day weekend and really loved that there were no crowds anywhere. Would love to be back but hoping some cleaning issued could be resolved as well as better staffing next time.

Staff were nice, early check in. Only thing it was super cold inside the water park. My family and I were going down the elevator when a lady stopped us and asked if we were going to the water park, and said it is super cold that they had to go upstairs their room. We still went down and in fact it was super cold. But other than that we will come back in the summer time!
