The hotel was clean and staff was kind. The room was clean - had a strong cleaning project smell. Breakfast options were nice and full. Had 2 pools, 2 small water slide for the kids (water cold in the pools & water slide area), however the hot tube was nice and warm. The hotel offered a bar, outdoor seating, and a conference center.

My family and I regularly stay at the Cranberry Lodge when we travel to western WI. Great value, comfortable beds, a nice breakfast spread and big pools for the kids to swim and play in. Only negatives are the high numbers of undisciplined and unruly kids running rampant in the pool area without adult supervision and the common aroma of guests smoking weed in their rooms that spills out int the hallways. But I suppose those are the same issues you'd encounter in the hotels at the Dells as well for a much larger price tag. We always come back.

We have stayed here several times and I give it a five star review for every time we have stayed here. The staff is always very welcoming and friendly and seemed like they genuinely are happy to work where they do. The place is always very clean and we look forward to when we get to stay there. Highly recommended especially if you have kids say under 10.

Breakfast had scrambled eggs, bacon, fruit, many juices, two waffle makers, yogurt. Staff was SUPER nice. Aquadic area was really fun, with three different pools, and a whirlpool. Vollyball net and two basketball hoops. Pub bar and padio. Beds were really comfy. Would recommend!
