Overall a great experience. Checking in was a breeze. The rooms are nice. Bathroom shower had hair so obviously not cleaned well.

I really enjoyed myself and gave me a home like environment and feeling they were very clean. Staff was willing to work with me when I had an issue with the people upstairs. Their water were leaking in my room. They took care of it right away that it expeditiously, they didn’t have me wait no time I really enjoyed the service and the amenities and the place. Thank you so much and I will be returning and trying to get a timeshare, this is brought to you through via voice text on Miss Collins, Apple iPhone.

This was my first time staying at Flamingo. The room was ok. I had my granddaughter with me and only two devices were permitted on WiFi per 24 hours. I had my phone and my iPad and I was unable to use my iPad unless I paid $14.95 extra per day. We walked through the garden at dusk and rats were running around everywhere. This was not just one time. It happened 3 times so we could not walk outside on the evening for fear of the rats.

The room was really nice, there are small things that can be improved but overall nice.
