Avoid this place at all costs, unless your definition of “luxury” is: - a street level converted garage, without any view, where you will have to keep your curtains closed at all times, lest everyone walking by looks in; - waking up to the smell of burned oil, fried eggs or onions, from the kitchen of the upstairs restaurant; - trespassing through two private properties to make it to the hotel for all services normally expected at a “luxury” accommodation, such as the pool and breakfast; - walls full of dead mosquitos, holes on the ceiling, poorly installed plumbing and lighting; - unclean rooms, with dirty floors, dead bugs and laundry not removed from the room; - staying awake all night due to the non-stop sound of cars bumping on the rain drain right outside the room; - missing basic amenities, such as clothes hangers and a safe; - a room left unlocked after having been “cleaned”, while there’s no safe and while being street level, aka a room open to anyone walking by! The pictures shown of the pool, restaurant and breakfast bar are NOT of this location; their use is misleading. Not luxury, not worth the outrageous price charged, and not honest in dealing with clients. -5 stars.

We booked studio flat rooms but not anywhere on Expedia it states those room are 100m away from the hotel built underneath residential flats. We woke up to people cooking everyday and the smell was horrible. The music by the pool was so loud everyday not sure the reason as people come on holiday to relax. The manager did not want to help us at all. We were given horrible rooms and instead of admitting her fault she just kept on saying they’re fully booked. She didn’t even offer us free drinks or massages or something as a compensation. Absolutely poor customer service. My sister got a massage done and her entire bed was shaking. I left my toiletries in there and some other supervisor went in there to check the room and didn’t even tell us my toiletries were left in there. Overall beautiful hotel but poor management.

Disaster of a stay, would not recommend. The hotel looks nice on the surface and the staff were generally nice and relatively helpful, but after arriving at the hotel it was apparent that the place simply isn't as good as it's made to look on images. I am not one to moan but feel like it is necessary here so that other potential guests know what to expect. To begin with, despite check in being 2pm, our room wasn't available until 7pm that evening, due to a bug infestation (sewage flies), not a great start. When we did finally get access to our room, which was one of the suites, we realised it was not in the main hotel building, but on the ground floor of another hotel, which was across a car park/construction site. The suites had been newly rennovated and were evidently not finished. We were missing all utensils from the kitchen, mirrors, hangars, lamps, dining table, chairs, bin and more. On top of this there were still joiners pencil marks all over the room. The room had been advertised with a bathtub looking out through the patio doors, but what we didn't realise was that the patio doors just opened onto a car park. WiFi was awful. Pool area was dirty, the loungers were left out overnight so were drenched every morning. The cabanas on the beach were falling apart. And worst of all they were playing music by the pool and the beach at a level which made it impossible to think, talk, read or relax. Safe to say we didn't spend much time at the hotel.

I stayed in a studio room, which was 100m from main hotel, uphill and through waste ground. The studio was part of a rundown residential block with street restaurants above, with smells of fish and food cooking. Although the room was recently upgraded but standard poor. Room wasn’t cleaned properly from building work. I had to ask to have floors washed. Noise levels at pool and beach was deafening, not a place to go if you want a quiet relaxing time.

Ett av de fineste stedene i verden, nydelige folk som jobber her! Vi booked apartment delen og det var helt fantastisk! De ansatte som jobber her er imøtekommende og tilbyr hjelp til hva enn du måtte trenge, super fin beliggenhet! 10 minutter å gå ned til promenaden, masse fine restauranter i nærheten og små hverdagsbutikker, virkelig en 10/10 opplevelse og hotell! Havet er også 20 meter unna hotellet! Noe som var helt nydelig
