“Personeel was behulpzaam, maar het duurde een tijd voordat de boeking gevonden werd. Kamer was prima, alleen warm water voor de douche.
Het duurde erg lang in het restaurant voordat het eten werd opgediend. Het ontbijt was vrij karig wanneer je geen warm eten wilt als ontbijt”

“They placed me in a room that reeked of mold and mosquito chemicals. When I requested a different room, the staff sprayed deodorant in the one next to mine—I could hear it clearly. When I asked about it, she confirmed it. That response was both unprofessional and unacceptable. I left the property within minutes, wheezing and with a pounding headache.”
