“Very tidy and cozy. The view is amazing !”

“Used for 14 guests, rooms and showers very clean, kitchen not the cleanest but was ok, some of the cookware in need of replacement, tho the spacing of the 3 cookers bemused me, (I did over 3 miles in the kitchen alone on the Saturday). The pool table was a bit of a disappointment, cues with no tips and very dirty cloth, maybe worth getting new cloth and then charging for damage, as easy to spot. Luckily weather was great so we sat outside, but would have been nice to have a tournament. Overall...

“On arrival we was greeted with a strong smell of damp. There was a lot of spiders and dead and live wood lice all around the house. The live were taken outside and the dead were sucked up the very doggy smelling vacuum cleaner. The sofa smelt of dogs and the sink had stuck on food remnants and dead wood lice. The only good points were: the bed was comfy and the nice touch of a bottle of Prosecco. Would we recommend and stay again? Unfortunately no.”

“I would highly recommend this property. Large rooms, excellent facilities, very comfortable and exceptionally clean. No complaints at all. Our group of 4 loved staying here for the weekend.”

“Met expectations. Host provided selections teas coffee, milk and bread. The flat was clean and tidy. The flat was in a good location, opposite a train station. Only annoyance was the standing water in shower which didn’t drain well. Definitely would stay again.”
