The check in process was so fast and friendly. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The lobby has a small convenience store area that was very well stocked also. If we're ever in Lansing we'll definitely come back!

This was a wonderful place to stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. They helped us find a restaurant and answered all our questions.
The room was newly renovated and super clean. I felt safe on the property and many places were in walking distance.

I called the day before saying we would be checking in late, and to request a crib. We were told it would not be an issue.
After a long day of travel, we arrived around midnight and checked in. It appeared we were placed in the wrong room - we were supposed to get a King suite and were given a double queen - and without a crib. I
