This has to be the worst resort in Cabo!!!!!! The food is inedible. Even the buffet breakfast!!!! Room service is an additional cost so don’t even bother. The staff was NOT helpful at all. There are NO wash clothes or hot water. I’m
Not sure how this resort has more than 2 stars!!!!! Also we left a wallet, earbuds, and medicine in the safe. While they took pictures and said they would send it back to us they have since gone COLD and we have not heard a word nor will they answer our messages. This was the absolute worst place I’ve ever stayed at. Do not go or you will loose weight due to the horrible food and drinks.

We booked the 2 bedroom suite with ocean view. Unfortunately there’s construction blocking the gorgeous view. It can initially be seen in their lobby. We couldn’t enjoy the balcony and plunge pool. The staff was accommodating enough to change our rooms but it was still the same view. Their rooftop pool will eventually have a building blocking their view depending on how high it’ll get built. Aside from that, the resort is very nice and the staff are very friendly!

Overall customer service was unsatisfactory. Staff wasn’t very helpful only a handful were nice and friendly. I wouldn’t recommend this place. I would look into other places that have better service and value for the price we paid.

The elevator doesn’t work and my husband was trapped in it as soon as we arrived. The gym was unusable as it was under water. There is nothing close by in terms of groceries, the Walmart is closest but would be a 25 minute walk and do not recommend it. The appliances worked but all the cupboards smelled strong like vinegar. The safe didn’t work and the door code didn’t work and when we locked the door it still banged around because it didn’t fit properly. The pool was nothing special at all. The place was large, nice bedding, tons of towels, but overall not worth it. We were happy to check out. I wouldn’t stay here again.

The resort is very large, so getting around often requires a cart. The rooms felt old and very outdated. Although we booked a couples suite, we were provided with only one towel and no bar soap. The refrigerator was empty, and the food options were limited.
The staff were kind.
We visited for a wedding, which was gorgeous from the ceremony to the reception. Overall, the hotel experience was just okay. We enjoyed celebrating the couple, but we would not return to this resort.
