“All was fine”

“I was only here for less than 24 hours, and for a quick stop before a flight it wasn’t bad. My main complaint is that the bathroom smelled really bad, like bad water, so I had to keep the door closed. The bed was comfortable and the place was quiet enough for sleep. I did find it a bit hard to find at night in the rain, but that probably had more to do with Google Maps terrible walking directions from the train station. The host did a good job of sharing info on how to enter once I arrived.”

“Very difficult to communicate. It takes 24 hours for the property management to get back to you. And when you call them they do not pick it up. The hotel.com website states the units have AC. But there is no AC in any of the units. It’s a miss advertising. One unit on the company website states AC but when we got a hold of the management to change our room to it they said it’s not AC it is a Fan Unit. We booked a unit based on AC and could not get our money back. Units are also a bit old and...
