“Had 2 rooms for a couple of nights. One was clean the other had areas that should have been cleaner. The team their were attentive took on feedback and were very quick to address the concerns. Overall it was a good experience. Didnt have a chance to try the restaurant. Next time.”

“Do not stay here. We had stayed here in the past and thought it was good value for money, so we didn't even think twice about booking it for our trip to Armidale this time. Big mistake!! Obviously now under new management. The place is absolutely filthy. We arrived at 5.30pm, reception was open, heater was on. No sign of receptionist.
