Had booked the room through expenditure had booked for 3 adults 1x2year old room only was made up for 2 adults even cutlery and plates etc wasnt a problem to get the extra sheets and towels that i need for our other adult and the 2year old waa allowed to get into room early as we had travelled to go to a funeral and we were ok to get in early to freshen up

Bed was uncomfortable, furniture dark and outdated really depressing really needs updating location was probably the best bit of the hotel , put some money into your rooms and get new curtains and get rid of the bed cover make sure all your appliances match the smallest touches would make them rooms look amazing

Had to stop for a rest for one night on the way to the Gold Coast, this was convenient and easy book and affordable. they were accommodating with the late check-in after 9pm.
