Air conditioning was centralised and we couldn’t control from our room. Staff unorganised. Asked for bedding for children’s sofa bed, only one side was made then had to return to reception for more bedding. Had to also ask for towels for 4 people twice. Area was a big dodgy, but close to the metro.

Had a great experience at PAX. Was there for 8 days. Staff were excellent. Dillon and aphram at the breakfast were amazing. Very helpful. Will definitely stay there again. Breakfast was amazing. Many selection to choose from.

Was great hotel for one night airport stay

Breakfast was good. Beds were good. The room was a good amount of space. The pool complex as an amenity was not able to be appreciated because none of the swimsuits the boys/men in our family wore were acceptable. And the pool attendant was over-the-top about. The shower in the room had a bunch of black mold all around and the shower door allowed a great deal of leaking/pudding out onto the floor. The restaurant had very slow service (one server for about 5 tables) and the fish made my husband sick although the food all looked good. We were woken up by the maid entering our room at 8am which was unacceptable. Proximity to the airport and the free parking and free shuttle are appreciated. We're from Canada and have loved our travel in Europe but this warranted some mention.
