Dream castle is good close to disneyland and has transportation to and from the hotel to disney. Clean and we were accommodated to have our rooms available earlier since our flight was in the morning. Staff is nice and very helpful

This property was really beautiful with an amazing outsoor pool. The decor was whimsical for the kids and they loved the bunk beds! A really great place to stay to visit the Disneyland Paris park.

Very convenient for Disney Paris with a free shuttle service. Staff very polite and helpful. Breakfast great quality and well organized. Pool area lovely for chilling; rooms a great size We saw some negative reviews which worried us but we would absolutely stay here again. It was calm and peaceful after busy days at the Disney parks.

The hotel is truly a wonderful place. On warm days, you can fully enjoy the lovely outdoor pool. Everything is well organized, and the hygiene is excellent. The staff are very friendly, and the food and drinks are great. Its location is perfect close to Disneyland and a shopping mall, which are both fun to visit. In short, there’s plenty to do and it’s a great hotel. We will definitely come back again. It really felt like a little getaway!

Wonderful overnight stay before moving to disney property. Gorgeous hotel, large and clean room with comfy bed and fantastic pool view! The swimming pools were great, although very cold! Shuttle service tsking uou to Val d'Europe shopping centre. Excellent location for getting to disney. Would stay again.

A cost effective option to see Disney. The shuttles while crowded at times were frequent and convenient. The food options were solid (again you are here to go to Disney). Having a pool was a great break. The gym is basic but allows you to get work out in. Property is somewhat dated but the main areas and rooms were well appointed and comfortable. Solid option for the value.

The pool areas are very nice. Unfortunately, the breakfast isn't very tasty – just like the food in the restaurant, which is also too expensive. The room was nice, but the bathroom in particular was not very inviting (mold in the shower area, water running over, toilet flush not working well). Overall, it's a nice hotel, but not worth the price. There are nicer hotels right next door.

The staff's service was excellent overall, but there was one person at the front desk whose explanation was a bit careless—even though I just asked about the location of the elevator. The hotel advertises high-speed internet, but in some rooms, the WiFi signal was weak and difficult to connect to. The pool facilities and bar stayed open late into the night, making it a very comfortable place to stay. I would like to visit again.
