“very helpful staff, clean rooms, comfortable bed, good aircon, good location with covered bridge to Bansar LRT station, 1 stop to KL Sentral & Nu Sentral.”

“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Perfect Stay in the Heart of Kuala Lumpur! I had an amazing stay at this studio apartment! The location is absolutely incredible — right in the heart of Kuala Lumpur with easy access to everything. One of the biggest highlights was the private bridge directly linking to the metro, which made getting around the city so convenient and hassle-free. The apartment itself is modern, clean, and well-equipped, with stunning views of the skyline — especially at sunset! The pool and gym...

“My experience was terrible and very bad, I booked it for two nights but I couldn’t even stay for more than 3 hours, I found 3 insects in the room, and we were not comfortable with my items being in the room. Even the bed and bathroom were not clean and the floor were dusty. When I told the receptionist that I am leaving, she just said she is sorry and they didn’t offer anything in return, I feel I have thrown my money away! Very bad experience and I don’t recommend it for anyone.”

“All round comfortable, good stay and experience ”

“The facilities are nice but the check in process is a hassle. It was about 20 minutes to get my room! Like I messaged them beforehand and they never replied and it was a mess. They’re not prepared to receive you cause they had to go get the key and that alone took like 10 minutes. The elevators do take a while too. Bathroom had a weird smell too.”

“Convenient and clean!”

“Great customer services ”
