“Everything was fine but the wet room was not in the best condition. There was metallic rust on a bar in the bathroom and strains between the tiles near the shower head and part of another wall there. The wet room needs repair ultimately. Also the remote control for the TV had a whole at the bar and putting black electrical or insulation tape to cover it didn't help as it kept moving slipping away from the whole when handing the remote control to change channels. Please look into this for that...
