“Staff members were amazing. Thank you for the free upgrade.”

“Suggest Chang towel every day.”

“We liked helpful staff, easy check in, convenient location, good parking, clean and bright room, good shower. We didn't like stained sofa, views over building sites and construction noise, soft mattress and cigarette burns in wash basin. Overall, it was adequate for our one night stay and good value for money.”

“1 bedroom apartment excellent value for money . Location perfect. Parking a challenge but reasonable ok. Apartment had everything needed and very clean .”

“Very Helpful and Polite reception staff. Spotless rooms and Great location. We will stay here again”

“This is a really good hotel in an excellent location, close to public transport , cinemas, restaurants and the whole Eastland shopping complex. The rooms are comfortable and clean. A restaurant is available and there's a good bar for a refreshing drink. We always stay here when in Ringwood, and the staff always make us feel as if we've come home”
