I booked this hotel because they included a crib for my toddler. Upon check in we were informed that we could not get the crib because we booked a room with two beds, but that was not stated anywhere that if we booked that type of room the crib would not be included. The manager stated that it was because of space and the crib not fitting. But again this wasn’t stated anywhere. If you’re a mom with a toddler with routines you know the importance of having a crib. I did not understand why they refused to give us the crib due to us staying at a different hotel in Virginia Beach two weeks before in a room with two beds and a crib. If this is their policy then they should make it known before booking.
