I was told exactly where to park by the receptionist which never bothered to let me know I need to register the parking as if I should miraculously know. “Location- right on beachfront, shops a short walk away. Lytham festival a short taxi ride away. The hotel is tired and a mixture of different decor…80’s/90’s - in need of an update, lots of little fixtures/ finishes need fixing in main areas. It seems a little like a hotel that’s from another era. Our room itself was nt too bad and overall. If you are travelling for festival and not in your room much, it’s fine, but it is very noisey at night with paper thin walls and creaky floorboards.”

“Overall it was an OK experience. Plus points are the leisure facilities and the reasonable prices at the bar. There is a good set up for families with younger children, but mature couples might not appreciate all the children running about. For the cost per night, over £150 per room B&B one would expect a better standard of accommodation. Many parts of the hotel are looking tired and need refurbishment.”
