We had a wonderful stay at the Doric Hotel. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The food was excellent, with a good variety of options and something for everyone. The hotel amenities were great and well maintained, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

Room overlooking out door pool, corridor outside wasn't cleaned properly. Upon check-in we were informed of £50 per nightcarge for damage. Thus putting £100 extra on the bill.Staff in restaurants very helpfull breakfast was very nice.

For the price we paid I can’t complain at all, the staff were lovely, friendly and helpful. The room was all though a little dated was kept clean and the beds comfortable. Our breakfast was included in the price and had everything for all tastes. The only thing that let it down was the swimming pool looking like it needs an update as tiles looking old and off coloured. All in all a place we all said we would go and will be going back too.

Room was decent and clean. Only negative we found was the bed was very uncomfortable. You could feel every spring in the bed. You could hear every movment from the corridor. Drunk people at 2 am shouting in the corridor to. The cooked breakfast was luke warm. Limited items included on the cooked breakfast. We was lucky that hash browns were served on that particular morning. Indoor pool is why we chose this hotel which was great. Staff were all friendly.

Very clean hotel, friendly staff and a good atmosphere especially with the entertainment of an evening. The breakfast was good with plenty of choice. Unfortunately the shower pressure was terrible and the mattress was awful.

It’s like stepping back in time when you visit Blackpool in many ways and although the Doric also feels a little bit like this it is also a comfortable, very clean hotel with very friendly helpful staff. We enjoyed the outdoor pool and bar as the weather was glorious! The only fault I can give, is our room (49) was far too hot as there’s no AC or fans but other than that we had a great stay.
